We have purchase and sold 11 homes. We gave Dale the listing on our home even with the fact he wanted us to list it below market value and what it sold for. We tried to help him being he is not the leading agent in Surprise. We demanded a listing price well above what he came up with and the  house sold for 8,000.00 more then what he came up with. He also tried to get a better deal for the buyers 3 times, we weren’t going for it and struck with what we know. He has a major problem returning calls, if at all and has a problem working normal business hours. There are leading sellers in Surprise, he is not one of them and there are reasons why, I just wrote them. By the way he did not sell our home nor did he or his team ever show our home
